What's your name and where are you from?
My name is Ross Laffoon, and I’m from Arkansas. I’ve lived in Austin for about 6 years now.
How long have you been with the company, and what is your role?
I’ve been with the company for 6 months. My roles include detailing, paint correction, & ceramic coating.
What inspired you to get into ceramic coating and paint protection?
I got into it because I knew this was a great local company, and I knew people who worked here. I stuck around because this is a great place to be.
What do you love most about working at Ceramic Coat Texas?
I love the environment, I love the people that work here. Very trustworthy and reliable guys. You can count on them at midnight or noon.
What’s the most memorable car you’ve worked on and why?
Acura NSX, because you don’t see those very often.
What do you do for fun outside of work?
Run around Austin. Try to be active and eat well!
If you could own any car (past or present), what would it be and why?
Probably a Geo Tracker because they look like a lot of fun!

My name is Alan and I am from Venezuela.

I’ve worked here for 6 months. I do ceramic coating and PPF.
What inspired you to get into ceramic coating and paint protection?
I always strive to perfect my craft and want to become better and better!
What do you love most about working at Ceramic Coat Texas?
I love the people who work here. It’s a small team, and we are like family.
What do you do for fun outside of work?
I do a lot of mountain biking in Texas!
If you could own any car (past or present), what would it be and why?
That’s hard because there are a lot of cars I love! But if I had to choose, it would be either the Porsche 911 GT3 RS

What's your name and where are you from?
My name is Timothy Mullen. I am from a small town in Arkansas. The population is about 500!
How long have you been with the company, and what is your role?
I’ve been here for about 2.5 years. I am the Lead PPF Installer.
What inspired you to get into ceramic coating and paint protection?
I love detailing cars, and I found out that PPF is on a higher level of detailing!
What do you love most about working at Ceramic Coat Texas?
I love the people who work here. It’s a small team, and we are like family.
What’s the most memorable car you’ve worked on and why?
I would say recently we did a 2025 Infiniti QX 60. It had a full color change on it. It went from blue to green to purple! She was very happy, and that’s why I would say it's one of my favorites!
What do you do for fun outside of work?
I work on my car. I ride my Jet Skis! I love to be outdoors.

A 2025 Porsche 911 Brand New!

What's your name and where are you from?
My name is Gage, and I was born in Oklahoma City, but Austin has been home for the last 5 years!
How long have you been with the company, and what is your role?
I've been with the company nearly since I moved to Austin, about 4 1/2 years. I'm the General Manager for Ceramic Coat Texas and Car Beautiful. I spend most of my days running day-to-day operations and ensuring our customers are nurtured and well taken care of.
What do you do for fun outside of work?
This changes from season to season, but lately I spend most of my time outside of work playing golf, writing and recording music, and climbing rocks as often as I can!
What inspired you to get into MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP?
The inspiration to get into management came directly from within the company. It wasn't necessarily what I had my eyes set on, but I felt encouraged by my team around me to step into the role and provide a sense of leadership in any way possible. I was heavily involved in leadership roles in school, so this felt like a natural transition from my previous role with the company, and I've always enjoyed trying to lead by example for my peers.
If you could own any car (past or present), what would it be and why?
The hot rod in me says a 67' Chevelle.. but my true dream car is a desert khaki 4Runner that I can load all of my camping gear, golf clubs, and other miscellaneous adventure toys into. Some would say my taste in cars is boring because I prefer practicality over luxury and exoticism. I'll own it!

What's your name and where are you from?
My name is Aishlyn Hannah & I’m originally from Orange County, California. I moved to Austin 2 years ago!
How long have you been with the company, and what is your role?
I’m new to the crew and started in May! I’m in charge of marketing and sales!
Basically, I help make your car the main character. ;)
What do you do for fun outside of work?
When I’m not hanging out with my pup Blue, I’m out exploring! Lakes, trails, and tacos are my favorite kind of weekend!
What inspired you to get into Marketing and sales?
I got my start in marketing when I took on an internship at my local music studio in Cali! I was instantly hooked. I loved creating content, collaborating with people, and finding creative ways to connect with an audience. What started with a passion for music turned into a full-on love for marketing and sales. I’ve now spent the last 10 years working across different industries, but that creative spark is still what drives me every day.
If you could own any car (past or present), what would it be and why?
I would love to own a Lexus GT Luxury Edition. They are so clean!!
