What's your name and where are you from?
My name is Ross Laffoon, and I’m from Arkansas. I’ve lived in Austin for about 6 years now.
How long have you been with the company, and what is your role?
I’ve been with the company for 1.5 years. My roles include detailing, paint correction, & ceramic coating.
What inspired you to get into ceramic coating and paint protection?
I got into it because I knew this was a great local company, and I knew people who worked here. I stick around because this is a great place to be.
What do you love most about working at Cct auto protection studio?
I love the environment, I love the people that work here. Very trustworthy and reliable guys. You can count on them at midnight or noon.
What’s the most memorable car you’ve worked on and why?
Acura NSX, because you don’t see those very often.
What do you do for fun outside of work?
Run around Austin. Try to be active and eat well!
If you could own any car (past or present), what would it be and why?
Probably a Geo Tracker because they look like a lot of fun!

My name is Alan and I am from Venezuela.
How long have you been with the company, and what is your role?
I’ve worked here for 1 year. I do ceramic coating, PPF, vinyl and tint.
What inspired you to get into ceramic coating and paint protection?
I always strive to perfect my craft and want to become better and better!
What do you love most about working at Cct auto protection studio?
I love the people who work here. It’s a small team, and we are like family.
What do you do for fun outside of work?
I do a lot of mountain biking in Texas!
If you could own any car (past or present), what would it be and why?
That’s hard because there are a lot of cars I love! But if I had to choose, it would be either the Porsche 911 GT3 RS

What's your name and where are you from?
My name is Timothy Mullen. I am from a small town in Arkansas. The population is about 500!
How long have you been with the company, and what is your role?
I’ve been here for about 3.5 years. I am the Lead PPF Installer.
What inspired you to get into ceramic coating and paint protection?
I love detailing cars, and I found out that PPF is on a higher level of detailing!
What do you love most about working at Cct auto protection studio?
I love the people who work here. It’s a small team, and we are like family.
What’s the most memorable car you’ve worked on and why?
I would say recently we did a 2025 Infiniti QX 60. It had a full color change on it. It went from blue to green to purple! She was very happy, and that’s why I would say it's one of my favorites!
What do you do for fun outside of work?
I work on my car. I ride my Jet Skis! I love to be outdoors.
If you could own any car (past or present), what would it be and why?
A 2025 Porsche 911 Brand New!

I’ve been with CCT for about 5 months now and I'm the Customer Experience Specialist and Social Media Manager
What inspired you to get into ceramic coating and paint protection?
I actually knew very little about ceramic coating and paint protection but wanted to be in a position to learn something new
What do you love most about working at CCT Auto protection studio?
We're a small team and I'm not treated like a number. Every decision each of us makes has real impact on the company.
What do you do for fun outside of work?
I am an actor and a musician, I spend a lot of time being heavily involved in the Austin artistic scene.
If you could own any car (past or present), what would it be and why?
A 1997 Pontiac Firebird in metallic blue. It was my mother's favorite car and I want to get one for her one day
